Wow, it's Thursday again!  Boy time travels fast when you run two businesses.

I am a bit disappointed that it is already August.  But you can't stop time, right?  Though I remember a tweet that came across my feed that said if you want to slow time to a crawl, get on a stairmaster.  Maybe I'll try that.  Do you think it works on an elliptical machine too 'cause that's what I have.
